1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to EcoGrid Energy Alliance, accessible via energy-gas-solutions.org. By visiting this website or placing phone inquiries to (888) 694-0475, you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any portion, please cease usage of the site and phone services immediately.
2. Independent Advisory Role & Utility Relationships
EcoGrid Energy Alliance operates strictly as an independent consumer energy consulting and referral platform. We are NOT a regulated utility company, local distribution company, or government authority.
Your local utility continues to own all wires, transformers, gas pipes, and meters. Your physical energy supply will never be cut off or interrupted by switching retail energy providers. In the event of a power outage or suspected gas leak, IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOUR REGIONAL UTILITY OR CALL 911.
3. Telephone Communications & Recording
All calls dialed to our toll-free lines, including (888) 694-0475, may be monitored, reviewed, and recorded for quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and customer service optimization. By communicating with our representatives or entering your phone number on any web asset, you expressly consent to telephonic contact in full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
4. Rate Comparison & Disclaimers
All rate estimates, tariff comparisons, and potential savings figures referenced on this website are provided for informational and benchmark purposes. Actual charges and volumetric savings depend on seasonal fluctuations, state taxes, individual household consumption, and specific contract terms executed with licensed retail energy providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
EcoGrid Energy Alliance provides all materials and phone advisory recommendations on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall the Alliance, its officers, or associates be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from supplier agreements or website interactions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any claims or disputes arising under these terms shall be settled via binding individual arbitration.
